Spinnaker Watch - Fleuss 40 Automatic Peanuts Snoopy Seaside Snorkel Limited Edition - SP-5186-01 - Shadowed Steel

Spinnaker Fleuss 40 Automatic Peanuts Snoopy Seaside Snorkel – SP-5186-01 Shadowed Steel

Shine the supplied UV torch on the black dial and a Peanuts comic strip appears behind Snoopy. In normal light you only see him, in goggles and snorkel, with his arms doing the job of the hour and minute hands. He is a raised, separate part rather than a print.

Paw prints turn up at 12 o'clock on the bezel, on the crown and on the seconds-hand counterweight, the rubber strap has a Snoopy-shaped cutout, and the exhibition caseback shows the gang in silhouette on the rotor.

The all-black version

Spinnaker based this colourway on a sea wrapped in morning mist. It is the most understated of the four: steel case, black dial, black bezel insert and black strap. If you want more colour, the series also comes in Cobalt Glimmer (dark blue), Breezy Cocoa (light blue with a brown strap) and Obsidian Glow (black with rose-gold accents).

At 40 mm across and 12 mm thick, it wears smaller than most divers. There's no date window, so nothing competes with Snoopy on the dial. After setting the time, screw the crown fully back down to keep the 150 m water resistance.
