Article 1 – Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern sales made on the website minutimer.com by the company Minutimer. They define the respective rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of watches and watch accessories.
Article 2 – Price
Our product prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes on the date of the order), unless otherwise stated, and excluding delivery charges. Minutimer reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated, subject to availability.
The products remain the property of Minutimer until full payment of the price. Upon physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to you.
Article 3 – Orders
Orders can be placed on the website minutimer.com . Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed upon order validation. Minutimer reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a payment problem, a prior dispute, or supply difficulties.
Article 4 – Order Confirmation
By placing your order, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment for purchases is made by credit card via the secure Stripe or PayPal systems. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The order will be considered final after confirmation of payment by the bank.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal and return
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
Before returning an item, the customer must contact Minutimer to notify them via the contact form or by email at contact@minutimer.com

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original order.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, nor to products unsealed by the customer for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Article 7 – Availability
Products offered on minutimer.com are available while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after order confirmation, the customer will be notified by email and fully refunded.
Article 8 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times are specified during the order confirmation process. In case of delay, you will be notified by email. If delivery is not made within the legally mandated timeframe, you may cancel the order and receive a refund.
Minutimer cannot be held responsible for a delay due to customer unavailability or an event beyond its control (force majeure, transport disruption, etc.).
Article 9 – Warranty
All watches sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
The warranty is provided directly by the brands concerned. In case of a defect, the customer can contact customer service via the website form or by email. Return procedures will be specified by the manufacturer.
Article 10 – Liability
The products offered comply with French law. Minutimer cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with regulations specific to the country of delivery. The customer is solely responsible for verifying import requirements.
Minutimer cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the product or use not in accordance with its intended purpose.

Minutimer stores purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, constituting a faithful copy. The computerized records will be considered proof of communications and transactions between the parties.
