Fast delivery

Orders for in-stock items are usually prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

• Europe and the rest of the world: Colissimoor DHL Express

Delivery charges

• Mainland France: €7.50 
• European Union: €15 
• Europe and the rest of the world: from€35

These charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed charge and a variable charge depending on the weight or value of your order. For simplicity and to save money, we recommend combining your purchases into a single order. Each separate order incurs separate delivery charges. Please note that in some countries, customs duties and import taxes may be charged upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging and protection

Each parcel is carefully prepared and designed to protect your watches, particularly fragile models. Parcels are oversized and protected to ensure safe delivery.

Upon receipt of your order

Upon delivery, we recommend that you unpack and check your items in the presence of the delivery driver, even if the packaging appears intact.

Before signing the delivery note, note down any relevant observations regarding the condition of the parcel or the products (damaged box, open packaging, torn protective film, etc.). If the delivery driver refuses to stay during the inspection, state on the delivery note: ‘The delivery driver did not wish to be present during the unpacking of the parcel’. These notes are important in order to be able to dispute any damage. The phrase ‘subject to unpacking’ has no legal validity.

Returns

To return a product, go to your customer account and select the item(s) to be returned. Once approved by our customer service team, place the return slip in the parcel and send it via the carrier of your choice. You are responsible for the return postage costs, unless the product is faulty or non-compliant.
