Fast shipping

Orders for in-stock products are usually prepared and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Carriers and delivery zones

• Metropolitan France and nearby Europe: delivery via GLS or partner carrier.
• Corsica, French overseas departments and territories and the rest of Europe: delivery via Colissimo.

Delivery costs

• Metropolitan France: €7.50 excluding VAT
• Europe: €12.60 excluding VAT
• French overseas departments and territories and the rest of the world: €17.50 excluding VAT

These fees include packaging, handling, and postage. They may include a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the weight or value of your order. For simplicity and savings, we recommend combining your purchases into a single order. Each separate order incurs separate shipping charges.

Packaging and protection

Each package is carefully prepared and designed to protect your watches, especially fragile models. The packages are oversized and well-protected to ensure safe delivery.

Upon receipt of your order

Upon delivery, we recommend that you unpack and check your products in the presence of the delivery person , even if the packaging appears intact.

Before signing the delivery note, note any relevant observations regarding the condition of the package or products (damaged box, open packaging, torn protective film, etc.). If the delivery driver refuses to remain during the inspection, write on the delivery note: "The driver declined to be present during the unpacking and inspection." These notes are important for contesting any potential damages. The phrase "subject to unpacking" has no legal value.

Returns

To return a product, go to your customer account and select the item(s) you wish to return. After validation by our customer service team, include the return slip in the package and ship it via the carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.
